an area of 500 square kilometres.

Day 3: Bungle Bungles
Today we have a full day to explore the Bungle Bungles. The rounded rock beehive towers
of the Bungle Bungles are delicate sandstone formations encased in a skin of iron oxide
(orange bands) and Cyanobacteria (dark green bands). Visit Cathedral Gorge, a stunning
natural amphitheatre with fine, white sand underfoot. Later, explore spectacular Echidna
Chasm, home to towering, ancient Livistonia Palms. (BLD)

producing one third of the world's diamonds annually. Continue this afternoon to the town
of Kununurra.
Accommodation: Lakeside Resort, Kununurra, 2 nights. (BLD)

and operated working cattle station runs approximately 7000 head of cattle.
