NORTHERN TERRITORY DAYS 1-11
Day 1 Sat: Uluru (Ayers Rock)
On arrival at Ayers Rock you will be transferred to your hotel. This evening enjoy a
glass of wine and nibbles as you watch sunset over Uluru with your Northern
Territory Tour Director.
Accommodation: Sails in the Desert Hotel, Ayers Rock Resort, 2 nights.
Day 2 Sun: Uluru (Ayers Rock) Kata Tjuta (Olgas)
This morning you may wish to join an early tour to view sunrise over Uluru.
Enjoy a walk into Mutitjulu Waterhole and stop at the informative Uluru-Kata
Tjuta Cultural Centre.
You may wish to join a local Aboriginal guide for the famous Liru Walk. This afternoon
visit Kata Tjuta and walk into Walpa Gorge. Enjoy sunset with a glass of
sparkling wine, followed by a delicious barbecue dinner. (B) (HD)
Day 3 Mon: Kings Canyon
Travel to Kings Canyon today. For the energetic, a guided climb to the Canyon rim will
be rewarded with magnificent views of Watarrka National Park. Alternatively, you may
prefer to explore the boulder-strewn Canyon floor.

Day 4 Tue: Alice Springs
Leaving Watarrka National Park behind, we travel through to Alice Springs. See the
sights of Alice Springs including the Royal Flying Doctor Service, School of the Air and
the Telegraph Station. We stop for views from Anzac Hill.

Day 5 Wed: Aboriginal Culture Alice Springs Desert Park
This morning spend time
with a local Aboriginal guide on a Desert Discovery Tour. This afternoon we travel to
Standley Chasm, Simpsons Gap and visit the Alice Springs Desert Park. (B)
Day 6 Thu: Tennant Creek
Travelling north we stop at Karlwekarlwe (Devils Marbles). On arrival in Tennant Creek
we join a tour of the Battery Hill Precinct. Tour an underground mine and enjoy a barbecue
dinner.

Day 7 Fri: Katherine
Travel across vast outback stations. Visit the historic Daly Waters Hotel. Stop at the
tropical oasis of Mataranka for a relaxing dip in the thermal springs.

Day 8 Sat: Katherine Gorge Kakadu
We join our local guide on an early morning cruise through Katherine Gorge in Nitmiluk
National Park. Visit the Nitmiluk Visitor Centre and then continue deep into Kakadu
National Park. Join an afternoon cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong.

Day 9 Sun: Kakadu Darwin
Travel to Ubirr and climb to the top of this rocky outcrop for rewarding views. We stop
at Bowali Visitor Centre. This afternoon travel to Darwin and tour the sights.

Day 10 Mon: Litchfield National Park
This morning we take a tour to Litchfield National Park to see Florence Falls, Wangi
Falls and the Termite Mounds. (B)
Day 11: Darwin at leisure
Enjoy a day at leisure in Darwin today. (B)
WESTERN AUSTRALIA DAYS 12-21
Day 12 Wed: Darwin - Katherine
This morning join your Western Australian Tour Director. Head south towards Katherine.
Stop at the Adelaide River War Cemetery. This afternoon enjoy a cruise through spectacular
Katherine Gorge.
Accommodation: Paraway Motel, Katherine. (B) 
Day 13 Thu: Ord River Cruise
Travel to Lake Argyle, Australia's largest man-made lake. Cruise on the Ord River to
Kununurra. Spot wildlife on the banks.
Accommodation: Country Club Hotel, Kununurra, 2 nights. (BL) 
Day 14 Fri: Kununurra
See the Ord River Irrigation Scheme, Hidden Valley National Park and visit Kelly's Knob
Lookout for panoramic views. (B) 
Day 15 Sat: Wyndham
This morning travel to
Parry Lagoon Nature Reserve. Your Aboriginal hosts will welcome you to the region in a
traditional ceremony. Continue to Wyndham to the 5 Rivers Lookout. Visit Warriu Parkto see
the Dreamtime Statues and rock art. Continue to El Questro Station.
Accommodation: Emma Gorge Resort, 2 nights, tented cabins with private facilities,

Day 16 Sun: El Questro
Cruise through Chamberlain Gorge, abounded by tropical vegetation. At Emma Gorge Resort
there is time to sit by the pool or to hike into Emma Gorge. (B) 
Day 17 Mon: Argyle Diamond Mine
Today visit the Argyle Diamond Mine for a guided tour of the world's largest diamond
mine. Continue to Halls Creek.
Accommodation: Kimberley Hotel, Halls Creek. (BL) 
Day 18 Tue: Geikie Gorge
Travel to the remote township of Fitzroy Crossing. This afternoon enjoy a cruise
through Geikie Gorge.
Accommodation: Fitzroy River Lodge, Fitzroy Crossing. (BL) 
Day 19 Wed: Derby Broome
Travel to Derby and see the famous Boab Prison Tree. Continue to Broome.
Accommodation: Cable Beach Club Resort, Broome, 2 nights. (B)
Day 20 Thu: Broome at leisure
Enjoy a day at leisure in Broome. Directly opposite the hotel is Cable Beach. (B)
Day 21 Fri: Depart Broome
You will be transferred to Broome Airport for your onward flight. (B)
