Itinerary

Day 1 Fri: Launceston

On arrival at Launceston Airport you will be met by your Tour Director (flights to arrive priorto 1.00pm). Tour Launceston and the Swiss Village of Grindelwald. Tonight enjoya welcome drink with yourTour Director.

Accommodation: Sandor's On The Park, Launceston.

Day 2 Sat: Freycinet National Park

Travel around the Weldborough Pass. Continue to Freycinet National Park and enjoy a Ranger led walk along the boardwalk. Continue south to Orford.

Accommodation: Eastcoaster Resort, Orford. (B)

Day 3 Sun: Port Arthur

Today visit Port Arthur Historic Site. Join a guided walking tour and cruise around the Isle of the Dead. See Tasman's Arch, Devils Kitchen and the Blowhole.

Day 4 Mon: Richmond

Visit the Cadbury Chocolate factory for a guided tour. (During factory shut downs the Sorell Fruit Farm is visited). Stop at Bonorong Wildlife Park and Richmond. (B)

Day 5 Tue: Russell Falls

This morning see spectacular Russell Falls. Continue to Lake St Clair, cross the Franklin River and on to Queenstown.

Day 6 Wed: Gordon River

This morning cruise along the Gordon River. Visit Hell's Gates, Sarah Island and Heritage Landing. This afternoon travel north to the township of Tullah.

Day 7 Thu: Cradle Mountain National Park/Burnie

Journey to Cradle Mountain National Park. View Lake Dove and Cradle Mountain, before continuing to Burnie.

Day 8 Fri: Depart Wynyard

Your tour concludes this morning after breakfast. You will be transferred to Wynyard Airport to connect with your onward flight (flights to depart after 10.00am). (B)
