BOOKING CONDITIONS
Prices and Itineraries This brochure is effective from April 2003.
Prices shown are in Australian currency, include GST and supersede all prices previously
advertised. The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries
and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel
insurance. At times it maybe necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not
available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Deposits On all tours of 2 days duration or more, it is necessary to
confirm your reservation with a deposit of $200. Full payment is to be made 24 hours prior
to departure.
Group Discounts We provide discounts to groups of six people and more.
Accommodation Tours including accommodation are costed on a per person,
twin share basis. Single supplement applies to clients travelling alone.
Smoking Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches
within Australia. Please restrict smoking to the stops en route.
Overseas and Interstate Clients Please confirm your bookings on
arrival in Sydney prior to the date of travel.
Cancellations Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of
notice given: Under 6 days and over 24 hours notice – 50% plus your deposit, within
24 hours or where no notice is given – 100%.
Important All cruises and non-coach movements are not operated by the
Operator Tours, nor by persons or companies associated with the Operator Tours. Therefore
we cannot and do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss of any type
arising in any manner, including whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.
Tour Participation On the Operator tour which has overnight accommodation,
children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Clients with disabilities
are welcome on the Operator tours providing they are accompanied by an able-bodied
companion and do not require special assistance from the Operator personnel. the Operator
reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with
the requirements of coach tour travel and who may require services and facilities that the
Operator cannot guarantee will be available. You agree to not hold the Operator
responsible for any decision made by the Operator or any service provider to refuse to
carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you or to provide any service to
you.
Concession Prices apply to Australian and New Zealand Pensioners,
Australian Seniors Card holders and full-time Australian students. Please have your card
with you. For tours of 1 day or more, a $5 discount per day, per person applies. A $3 per
person discount applies to half day tours.
