Itinerary

INDEPENDENT TOURING DAYS 1-5

Day 1 Sat: Sydney – Indian Pacific

On arrival at Sydney Airport you will be transferred to Central Station. Meet your AAT Kings' representative at Central Station at approximately 1.45pm. Board the Indian Pacific train for the memorable journey to Adelaide.

Day 2 Sun: Murray River Cruise

Upon arrival at Keswick Station in Adelaide, you will be transferred to Mannum to join the Murray Princess. Tonight enjoy a welcome dinner.

Day 3 Mon: Murray River Cruise

Cruise along the Murray River to Moorundie. Enjoy views of a brilliant starlit sky tonight. (BLD)

Day 4 Tue: Murray River Cruise

Pass through Lock 1, before arriving in Morgan. This evening enjoy dinner on board with your cruising companions. (BLD)

Day 5 Wed: Adelaide

Disembark the Murray Princess this morning and transfer back to Adelaide. This evening meet your Tour Director.

Day 6 Thu: Barossa Valley

Discover the famous wine region of the Barossa Valley. Visit the Whispering Wall, Chateau Yaldara winery for a tour and tasting, Tanunda, Mengler Hill Lookout and Grant Burge Winery.

Day 7 Fri: Mildura

This morning we visit Banrock Station and learn about the fascinating wetlands.

This afternoon why not travel to Mungo National Park? Tonight we stay in the charming town of Mildura, on the mighty Murray River.

Day 8 Sat: Wagga Wagga

Our highlights today include a visit to historic Hay and the picturesque scenery of the Riverina District.

Day 9 Sun: Depart Sydney

Today we discover and the picturesque Blue Mountains where we see the Three Sisters formation. On arrival in Sydney you will be transferred to the Sydney Airport for your onward flight. (B)
