An early morning start to experience the first rays of sunlight set Uluru and
the Red Centre alight whilst enjoying a warming cup of tea or coffee and biscuits (Y5
only). Witness the early morning light as you travel to Kata Tjuta and your
Driver/Guide explains the geological history of the giant domes. At Kata Tjuta your
Driver/Guide will escort you on a 2-3 hour walk between the valleys of conglomerate rock.
The walking path is rocky and requires a good level of fitness. In the cool morning air
marvel at the unique flora and fauna that has survived in this harsh environment. Once at
the Valley of the Winds lookout, take some time to gaze out over the central valley of
Kata Tjuta. |
