Itinerary
Day 1 Fri: Arrive Ayers Rock
On arrival you will be transferred to Ayers Rock Resort. Your Tour Director will meet
you at the AAT Kings Office, Town Square, at 5:00pm. Tonight enjoy a welcome drink and
nibbles as you watch sunset over Uluru (Ayers Rock).
Camp: Ayers Rock Resort, 2 nights. (D)
Day 2 Sat: Kata Tjuta (Olgas)
Morning climb to the summit of Uluru, followed by a guided base walk. Alternatively, you may prefer to
join the famous Liru Walk. This afternoon visit Kata Tjuta (Olgas). (BD)
Day 3 Sun: Kings Canyon
Travel to Kings Canyon and climbto the rim for spectacular views of Watarrka National
Park. This afternoon continue to Kings Creek Station.

Day 4 Mon: Alice Springs
Today journey to the West MacDonnell Ranges to visit Simpsons Gap and Standley
Chasm. On arrival in Alice Springs enjoy an orientation tour.

Day 5 Tue: Alice Springs
Enjoy a full day at leisure in Alice Springs. An optional 4WD Safari to Palm Valley may
be available. Perhaps join
the Red Centre Dreaming Dinner and Show. (B)
Day 6 Wed: Tennant Creek
Visit the Telegraph Station, then depart Alice Springs and cross the Tropic of
Capricorn. Explore mysterious Karlwekarlwe (Devils Marbles), before arriving in Tennant
Creek.

Day 7 Thu: Katherine
See the John Flynn Memorial, then continue North to Katherine.

Day 8 Fri: Kakadu National Park
Journey to Katherine Gorge for a relaxing cruise. This afternoon travel deep into
Kakadu National Park.
Camp: Kakadu National Park. (BD)
Day 9 Sat: Kakadu Darwin
Enjoy a cruise on Yellow Water Billabong. Visit Jabiru, the Bowali Visitor Centre and
Ubirr. Later, continue to tropical Darwin.

Day 10 Sun: Depart Darwin
You will be transferred to Darwin Airport to connect with your onward flight. (B)
