Advertised Costs

All prices shown are in Australian dollars, and include GST (the Australia consumer tax). Prices on our Web site should be taken as cost indicators only. Some services may in fact cost less during the travel off-season, and we are continually working to provide the best travel experiences at the best price. Once you submit a booking inquiry we will try to find the service that is best for you, and get back to you with details for confirmation.


Booking Confirmation & Payment

To confirm your order we require your full travel details and a deposit.

Once we have processed your inquiry, (usually within 48 hours), we will inform you of the deposit details, the final date for full payment, and any other necessary details.

If we do not receive your deposit in due course, or you do not make full and final payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your travel order. See cancellation below.


Payment of Deposit

This deposit may be made forwarded to us in a number of ways:

  1. By credit card - submit your details with your inquiry on our inquiry form (preferred).
  2. If you do not wish to transfer your credit card details via the Internet you should still fill in the inquiry form and submit it - you can then fax the card details to us separately.
  3. If you do not wish to use a credit card, mail us an international money order that we can deposit into a New Zealand bank account. No foreign currency please.

Cancellation & Refunds

Many operators charge us a cancellation fee - in turn we may refund only part of your deposit or payment in the event of cancellation.

After our confirmation of your reservation:

  • A minimum fee of NZ$35 applies to all cancellations.
  • A minimum fee of NZ$25 applies to changes / modifications.
  • Cancellations for motorhomes up to $250 are not refundable.
  • Cancellation for cars up to $150 are not refundable.
  • For cancellations within 30 days of pick up - The amount refundable is proportionally forfeited plus any cancellations imposed by the other suppliers used.

EXAMPLE: 2 week notice prior to pick up = 50% cancellation fee.
1 week notice prior to pick up = 75% cancellation fee
No refunds are given on unused days (early returns).


Disclaimer

We reserves the right to alter prices, itineraries, arrange alternative transportation, accommodation or services, or to cancel bookings as we deem necessary.

We will not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages resulting from activities under the control of other agents, including but not limited to claims for death, personal injury, machinery breakdown, delays, or additional expenses, which may arise when utilizing a service arranged through us.
